How To Fold A PrefoldBefore I got the hang of how to fold a prefold I thought they seemed a little hard to use. Once I began using them I found a love for them. There is just something about the simplicity of them that I find beautiful. And I think they can be pretty fun to use too. Now prefolds are one of my favorite diapers! Folding them onto my baby and Snappi'ing them on can be really frustrating at first, but once you get the hang of folding a prefold it's like second nature. Here are picture tutorials on how to fold a prefold. These are some of the basic prefold folds and my favorites. These folds should get you started on your way to mastering folding a prefold. Any of these folds can be used without folding down the rise. Unless the prefold is longer than the rise of your baby, you will not have to fold it down. Some prefolds will have to be folded down more than others. Have fun!

You can fold a prefold right into a cover without having to Snappi or pin it on. The diaper cover will hold the diaper in place. Lay diaper cover out flat. Place prefold onto diaper cover and fold sides into thirds
